[arm-allstar] Skywarn Alerts - NOW fixed!

AutoSky is not directly part of the hamvoip distribution. It is an add-on
that you download separately from hamvoip as shown in the howto at
hamvoip.org. Back in the beginning of January we discovered an error in
AutoSky that caused a wrong alert to go out. Actually it was kind of funny
as instead of a winter weather alert it gave a server thunderstorm watch or
warning which was obviously wrong. Anyhow that was corrected and if you
previously had installed the AutoSky package it was updated. Unfortunately
the AutoSky.ini file was not protected in the download. It is now! Users of
Autosky who updated in the last month or so would have had this file
overwritten. Fortunately it is only the Ofile= line for your area which
needs to be updated in this file. Other Autosky users who have not updated
in the last month should do an update to correct the wrong alert problem.

Sorry for the confusion on this. The hamvoip update process is a very
important part of our code. It brings new features and bug fixes to you in
a way that would not otherwise be possible. 99.99% of the time this is
without flaws. The very few times it has caused a problem it is minor in
nature and has been quickly corrected.
