[arm-allstar] GM340 problem

Hi Scott,

I'm not sure what's going on--it's likely some kind of fault with the
GM340.

How hot is the radio/heatsink when this starts happening? Overheating is
the most likely cause of problems.

Most of these compact commercial radios were designed for a 5% TX duty
cycle. If they're getting hot, forced air cooling will really help.

Also, earlier Maxtrac radios had "wire fingers" connecting the bottom PCB
to the top PCB. These could get a little flaky and cause all sorts of
weird issues. Opening the radio up and working the connections back and
forth a little would help. I'm not sure if this is a concern with the
GM340.
