[arm-allstar] autopatch

Hello to you,

I converted a repeater to allstar and this repeater had an autopatch
and my members still want to have the autopatch service
can you explain to me how to configure allstar for this service to work for these members.

we use a private node for this repeater
with the Hamvoip version V1.5. 3-48
