[arm-allstar] Nets on Allstar and other Links

Still getting my feet wet. 
I have googled for information/schedules for nets on allstar. So far I must not have hit upon the magic listing. Can someone please point me in the right direction? 
For example, I found there is a net on Tuesday night called the Paranormal Net on IRLP 9251. Is there a way to listen in or take part in this net (or other IRLP nets) using the setup that I have (a yellow-box node). 
Ant help will be most welcome.
