[arm-allstar] Allstar-Echo-IRLP

I did at one point, havent used it in a while - months.. far as I can
remember IRLP/Allstar got along just fine, not sure about echolink
I don't know why it wouldn't...

If you have outbound port issue, maybe something in the router, or ISP...
do the inbound ports work?
do you have FWD setup to another IP in the router? for those ports?
Maybe some strict firewall settings? in the router.
