[arm-allstar] WiFi RPI3BP problem

Thanks for the advice, I have it working but discovered that if eth0 has a
static ip
then wlan0 does not work . Switch eth0 to dhcp then wlan0
works ok. All ips are within the same subnet.

Just make sure that the it fits in with your IP scheme. If it has an IP not
consistent with your other computers then it is not working.
