 I thought the line was in there but if not here is what you do -

;81=status,12   ; Time of Day (local)    <<<COMMENT THIS LINE
81=cmd,/usr/local/sbin/saytime.pl 18954 42291   <<<< ADD THIS LINE

Comment by putting a semicolon before the line
and add the line with YOUR zip and node number
