[arm-allstar] Supermon Login strange behavior

On the current release on all of my nodes (PI-2) I have notices a strange
behavior on logging in to supermon. It may login the first time ok. On the
second time and beyond the screen will update but it's still on the login
page. The short message login successful or login denied does not show. If I
hit the reload page, the logged in page comes up. This is repeatable.

Chrome Version 70.0.3538.110 (Official Build) (32-bit) and Version
71.0.3578.80 (Official Build) (32-bit) 

No issue on Firefox or Chrome on the android.

 

Not sure why, But Thought you should know.
