Mike,

 *71<node>  is the permanent disconnect.  If the other end continues to
connect then there is not much you can do other than blacklisting them.

When responding to emails please do not reply to digest messages. They are
very long and have no meaning to what you are asking so thus no subject
trail. Create a new message with the correct subject.
