[arm-allstar] PC. With allstar

Luc,

If possible it would be best to switch to a Pi at those locations. The Pi
3B+ is a very powerful processor and would replace the PC's and save on
some energy to boot. That being said we will soon have a PC version that
will be virtually identical to the Pi version for those cases where a Pi
would not work such as in a data center. We just want people to realize
that the Pi is not a toy and will run significantly large systems.
Improvements that have been made and are continuing to be made to improve
efficiency in the code make this even more possible.

We also are in the process of setting up a Pi farm at one of our data
centers. This will make it possible for users to long term lease a Pi with
pre-installed hamvoip software to use for Allstar. The will benefit those
who currently lease virtual computer space at data centers to run Allstar.
Allstar does not run to the degree of quality we desire on virtual machines
as there are significant timing issues.
