[arm-allstar] New Install Problem

I am setting up a new node and I'm running into an login problem. I have
setup many nodes and have not had this problem. As I'm going through the
firsttime.sh everything goes as expected until I get to the final login. At
that time it tries to login but goes back to the login prompt. I am using
hamvoip 1.9 that I had, and a new copy I just downloaded. I have tried 3
different sandisk sd cards. Two RPi3b and one RP3b+.
