[arm-allstar] Good deal on RPI3B plus

I, too, have had a *FEW* 3B+ units that seemed to want to "spontaneously
reboot," for no explainable reason. I put heatsinks on all my SoC chips
and power via stout 5v3a DC-DC converters. I've tried different kernels,
etc., nothing seemed to resolve this.

One of these boards which always wanted to reboot every few days or so got
(inadvertently) sat in front of a muffin fan....Now 32 days have gone by
and no reboots or bad behavior at all. Hum. Interesting.
