[arm-allstar] Good deal on RPI3B plus

We have used dozens of the 3B+'s without issue here. In most all cases they
are running on 5v 3A car adapters.  Remember that the 3B+ needs more power.
You can't run it on a 5V 2A wall-wart or some supposed USB battery charger
wall-wart. Microcenter and I am sure others sell a 5V 3A wall-wart. I don't
want people to get the impression they have problems. It probably will be
the only Pi you will be able to get at some point.
