Vendel,

  This is a common problem I see with some users and maybe a slight SW fix
would help. You are probably pressing the key twice very quickly. This is
easy to do as the capture is very fast and you don't even realize it. Try
going into the client and no connected anywhere practice hitting the keys.
You will see right away if it is happening. Let me know what you see and if
you can avoid doing that.
