I try to log with my users, all my users who use IAXRPT have a different username,

I created a cdr.conf file in. / Etc / asterisk

and in module.conf I delete "NO" - - - "load = cdr_csv.so"

and when I look in / var / log / asterisk
I do not have the file cdr-cvs / master.csv
I have just 4 folders on /var/log/asterisk
astdb.txt
event_log
message
queue_log



can you tell me how to get my LOG in this file cdr-cva / master.csv
