[arm-allstar] Zoiper Problem: Extension Doesn't Exist

I have just set up Zoiper and have successfully registered. However, when
attempting to dial the node number (42284) Zoiper says "No such extension
(3)". The CLI client says "Rejected connect attempt from 10.0.0.236,
request '42284 at zoiper' does not exist".

My Zoiper config (which reports "Registration Status: OK")
Account name: k7ojl Internal
Server: 10.0.0.21:4569
Username: k7ojl-zoiper
Password: **********
Caller ID: K7OJL

The setup in IAX is:

I've obviously missed something simple....
