[arm-allstar] Simplex node to Allstar Repeater

Vendel,
That's very easy. First split the lines from the FOB. TX audio, PTT, and
ground go to the transmitter and RX audio, COS, and ground go to the
receiver of the repeater. Then in /etc/asterisk/rpt.conf change duplex=1
to duplex=2 in the node parameters. Of course there are other
customizations you can make but doing just that will be all you need to get
it going.
