This is directed to anyone that may remember the process in v 0.325 of
app_rpt or can direct me to  the location of the code that builds the Nodes
list in the older version.

My scenario is using the recent builds of HamVoIP for linking a system that
is not associated with AllStar.  So need Nodes list from another source.

My goal is to identify where the 0.325 version that is running obtains its
list from so I can redirect the newer HamVoIP version and not 100% rely on
my Private list.  Would love to have all nodes available as they join.

HamVoIP uses CRON job with Perl located /usr/local/sbin/astdb.php  whereas
v 0.325 does not.
