[arm-allstar] Webtranceiver broken

In spite of warnings to the contrary, webtranceiver has worked fine for me for many years but after recent upgrades and fixes to the system, it has stopped working now.  I can click on a node number, Java starts, sometimes I hear the “ringing” tone and displays the keypad, but instead of seeing “connected” the display quickly changes to connect but it won’t connect.

I’m probably in the minority who actually liked the way webtranceiver worked once you convinced your computer to allow Java to run and set the security permissions correctly.  Firefox ESR and Palemoon browsers worked most of the time on Windows 7, Mac OSX and Linux Mint.

Not a show stopper for me but would be nice if it gets put on the “to do list” after all the other registration issues get resolved.

My nodes seem to work fine, 28146 is a really old ITX system running I think Acid which was given to me by Jim WB6NIL.  It works fine via IAXRPT but used to work well with webtranceiver and it was handy seeing the frequency, PL, Output Power and CTCSS status in the webtranceiver window.
