[arm-allstar] WiFi bug?? Or am I losing my mind...?

I have a node I configured at home and then took to a remote site.
The home net address is/was 192.168.1.23  - WIRELESS

The repeater site address is 192.168.3.10  - WIRED
Even if I disable the wireless interface it STILL has an IP address of 192.168.1.23!
So...  for some reason it still wants to talk through the non existent gateway of 192.168.1.1
Where is a file that I can edit to abolish the existence of the 192.,168.1.23 address and associated gateway??
