[arm-allstar] Windows Version

Although I am a Linux professional this truly saddens me none the less. We
run a Windows server at all of our repeater sites that allows us to manage
our controllers and stream the audio. We can stream the audio of course
using Linux but that's getting off topic. Such a shame but thank you for
the quick response Doug.
