[arm-allstar] IAXRPT

[Doug Crompton]

It is doubtful IAXRPT Android will change. There is no development going on
and the source is not available. So what you have is what you get. The P is
toggled PTT and adding v is vox which I am told works well with a hands
free steering wheel mute button.
