[arm-allstar] Bindport Question

Mike,
It looks OK here but keep in mind that you have the 166 node in remote base
mode. Does it really need to be? If not turn it off at allstarlink.org in
the node info. Recheck it is changed in iax.conf and correct for both
servers.
