Sean,
This looks like Linux memory cache corruption, as you saw earlier.
Go to a bash prompt (admin menu #9) and see if this causes the problem to
go away:
sync
echo 3 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches
Is this the same RPi3 that was having problems earlier?
