[arm-allstar] Tx Audio broken distorted

Tom,

 If you reboot the system and it was the same problem then perhaps you had
a corrupt card. I have no other explanation since this is not a common
occurrence and in the very rare occasions it does happen a restart or
reboot clears it up.
