[arm-allstar] Supermon login

Jorge,

 Are you sure you have the latest update? global.php is old and no longer
used. It would be saved as a .pacnew or .pacsave file for reference only.
The new file is global.inc. You Supermon should come up as version 6+. The
new 17 page howto is at the hamvoip.org web site. There are lots of changes!
