[arm-allstar] Changing 'Node information' for private nodes using Superallmon

Ted,

 Privates nodes are defined in /etc/asterisk/local/privatenodes.txt

Enter each node on a line. Read the privatenodes.readme in that directory
for format information.

Once you edit this file you must run   astdb.php to update it  otherwise it
will update once a day in the 3AM hour.
