Peter,
Almost Pin 1 is data in and goes to DMK 22 TX output. Pin 5 (1200) output
would go to DMK 21 RX input and you would use no pre or deemphasis and COS
would be set to usb. See page 121 of the manual. Notes on setting to 1200.
Let the radio do the pre/deemphasis. It is sometimes confusing the way
things are labelled. DMK pin 21 is an input, pin 22 is an output from
Allstar. The 6 pin din is generally a standard pinout and pin 6 COS goes
high on signal. There may be some menu settings effecting some things. I
did not look into that put the pinouts would not change with any menu
settings.
