[arm-allstar] WiFi related issues

LaRoy,

   I am assuming you were using a keyboard and HDMI monitor to login? If it
was not connected to wifi or Ethernet then that would be the only way you
could login.

The other issue is that 127.0.0.1 for name resolution should work unless in
some way it is being blocked which rarely happens but it can. Does it work
for wired Ethernet or just not in wifi?
