[arm-allstar] Thanks to Doug especially - got my node working!

It turns out that all I needed was a .01 uf capacitor in series to the 10k resistor that went from gate to ground. So now my Baofeng 888s and Raspberry Pi are an allstar node. 

It’s staying offline for now. I had success with this part, so I’m going to get an external antenna to cut down on RF interference and wire up a power source to power both the pi and the Baofeng from one plug. That way, I can put them in a box together.
