[arm-allstar] Configure node in the field

Chris,

Before you get yourself in difficulties, there are a couple of things you should consider.

Airlines prohibit VOIP calls on their flights (even though the FAA only prohibits use of cellphones for any kind of voice calls)
The internet service providers on flights in the US expressly prohibit VOIP over their systems - particularly GoGo Inflight that serves UA.
The connections, in my experience, are terrible and barely able to support text based messaging most of the time.

So, while I think it’s cool and I would love to be able to leverage such technology on long, boring flights, it’s against several sets of rules - not to be the killjoy here.

Charles - NK8O
