[arm-allstar] JOTA 2017 Allstar information

Mark your calendars - The 2017 Boy Scout Jamboree on the Air is October
20-22. As I did last year I have in place an Allstar hub node 41760 for the
event. If you are involved in scouting or know someone that is please pass
this on. If you have a node or repeater that could service a local troop
please get in touch and provide connection information. This is an around
the clock operation since it is worldwide. Last year we had many stations
from both the UK and Australia participating.
