OK,

 That's the problem. You can't use a static IP or at least you should not
use a static IP for wireless. Wireless uses a different mac address and the
router would think it is a different device when you switch from wired and
as you witnessed assign two addresses confusing the network. I always
recommend staying DHCP and setting the assigned dhcp address as reserved or
static dhcp in the router. So run the wired setup in the menu and change to
dhcp. Then run wireless. This is especially true if you are going to use
wireless with a hotspot or move the node between physical routers. If you
set a static IP on the Pi and mode somewhere that uses a different subnet
it will not work.
