[arm-allstar] Weather on hourly ID

That worked on one node but the newest install still is not working
correctly (same lines entered on both.) The hourly time and the *81
function like in your notes, does not play on that node until I remove
my zip code. I think my weather.sh is not in this install for some
reason. I can not find what folder it is in either.
