[arm-allstar] Default EchoLink Text

Doug,
Thank you for the response!

When one of my users connects to the node using the EchoLink app, there is
a message that appears on the screen. By default now, the message is

Welcome to Allstar Node
Echolink Node
Number

I have found a few articles online that talk about editing an echolink file
to update this page, but I can't find the referenced file on my newly setup
server. Is this possible in Hamviop??
