[arm-allstar] SIP/IAX iOS Client

I just set-up Zoiper on IOS which went well with W1BFC's pdf.
Does anyone know of a way to make Zoiper ring when someone connects to your node? I was hoping to save battery life by not having data flying back and forth continuously.
Suggestions on where to learn Asterisk details so I might figure this out would help too. I can make it ring, but things go out to lunch after that. Need to do more research.

Zoiper is what I use on iOS. There's a couple of links in the User Tech Notes section near the bottom of the hamvoip.org site.
