[arm-allstar] Raspberry PI3 Bluetooth Keyboard

Hi Chris,

Well, this should be easy to do and I know all the needed packages are 
available, but, I've never personally tried to get Bluetooth working. I 
don't have any application where I've needed it. I use the 2.4GHz adapter 
strictly for WiFi.

Anyone have a tested solution??  ....I know google shows several possible 
solutions, again none that I've tested. Here is one example:
