[arm-allstar] NEW: simpleusb driver updates

Just to add to Dave's message on simpleusb latency. What that means is that
randomly the first part of a word that others hear coming from you could be
cutoff on the beginning of a transmission. This would be especially true if
someone quick talked - started talking right as they hit the PTT. This is a
bad practice especially on VOIP connected systems as there is an additional
amount of keyup delay. After this update users need do nothing in any
configuration files as full duplex is the default.
Also added is a script to easily show your registration status without
going into the client. The command is:
check_reg.sh
It will show the status for all of the nodes on a server. The output (in
this case three nodes) would look like this:
Node - 40561 at IP address 67.165.29.63:4569 is Registered
DNS lookup returns - +OK|radio at 67.165.29.63:4569/40561,67.165.29.63
Node - 29014 at IP address 67.165.29.63:4569 is Registered
DNS lookup returns - +OK|radio at 67.165.29.63:4569/29014,67.165.29.63
Node - 27225 at IP address 67.165.29.63:4569 is Registered
DNS lookup returns - +OK|radio at 67.165.29.63:4569/27225,67.165.29.63
If you are using the Pi and have the latest updates the second line will
appear showing the result of a DNS lookup of the node. DNS lookup is now in
beta testing and will be released very soon. This uses the dns-query
command also now available.
dns-query 27225
+OK|radio at 67.165.29.63:4569/27225,67.165.29.63
