[arm-allstar] AllStar Node 46765 no longer show up on stats.allstarlink.org

David and Doug

Thanks so much for replying and the info provided.  I followed David 
suggestion and unplugged the node for half and hour. Re-started the node 
and all was well. The node show up as active on stats.allstarlink.org. 
Doug thank you for your valuable information.  I will keep this in my 
AllStar file for future references if needed.  I trust that the provided 
information by David and Doug will assist other users in future that 
experience the same problem.
