[arm-allstar] UV-82 and USB fob

Tony,

 The UV82 mod is on the hamvoip.org web site. Here is the direct link, It
shows wiring for a DB25 to URI. The leads could go to any sound FOB.

DB25 pinout

pin 1 - PTT
pin 8 - COS
pin 19/20 - GND
pin 21 - RX audio
pin 22 - TX audio

These are wired to a modified sound FOB as per the instructions on the
hamvoip.org web page.
