Kevin,
Yes, under the morse settings in /etc/asterisk/rpt.conf. Note the
amplitudes are binary numbers so you would probably have to double them to
make a significant difference. Experiment. When you make a change in
rpt.conf you either have to reload rpt.conf in the client or restart
Asterisk for it to take effect.
