Ed,

 Yes, certainly. I broadcast both ARN and ARRL on different nights on my
hub. The script is at hamvoip.org in the scripts and other information
below the howto section. Info on command line and cron entries to run it
are in the script itself. I would suggest you untar it to
/etc/asterisk/local/playnews
There are several files in the package.
