Good question. I retired all my BBB's quite awhile ago. I believe it is but
would have to be entered in the simpleusb.conf file directly.

Not sure what your problem is but RXONDELAY is seldom needed. Usually a
ping pong transpires when another system keys up in response to your keying
up. This is often caused by the courtesy tone responding to a repeater
courtesy tone. You can turn the courtesy tone off if that is the problem.
