[arm-allstar] Special Characters in SSID

Although I have not heard of any complaints up to now it came to me
attention today when setting up a phone hotspot that special characters in
SSID's and possibly passwords can cause issues. It is best to not use them.
Most wifi devices have a preconfigured SSID which can be changed. Often it
is the name of the user and/or the phone or device. It is best to use only
alpha and numeric characters and limit it to 32 bytes or less. Dash "-" and
underscore "_" characters should be OK. Instead of "John's Iphone" just
"John" or "Johns phone" or "Johns-phone" without the quotes. You need to
close and reopen the hotspot and rescan on the Allstar end when changing
the SSID.

So if you are having problems connecting to a hotspot and the SSID has
special or unreadable characters in it try changing it if you can. Don't
get fancy and make it simple and it should work.
