[arm-allstar] AutoSky for Canada

I know that the developers are being pulled in many directions, but I was
wondering if there was a quick way to access the Canadian Weather Service
Atom links to allow us to use this wonderful addition to allstar.
The Atom link ends up as an XML file rather than the php version from the
US service.

The one I was hoping to access is:
http://www.weather.gc.ca/rss/battleboard/on18_e.xml

The html page is: http://www.weather.gc.ca/warnings/report_e.html?on18
