[arm-allstar] Trying to put Node back on air

Ken,
I realize that you want to save things from the old but it is really
better to run the new code setup and not wholesale copy old files over.
When you are done you can configure things as you like. If the old code is
truly old like version 1.0 then many things have changed. Copying old
config files while you might think is an easy fix can cause more trouble
than it is worth. I doubt you have changed that much that it would be a big
deal to copy paste selected things from the old to the new. Setup of
hamvoip Allstar is a breeze just have you node and node password (6 digit)
handy.
