[arm-allstar] simpleusb and usbradio

Barry,

While usbradio would work on the Pi it would not work well. It also does
not always work well on a PC. For that reason we do not promote its use and
we do not intend to make it a menu installable option. People do use it but
if you want good audio it is not the way to go, at least not now. Both the
usbradio and simpleusb channel drivers are very dated in the current Linux
architecture. However there is a complete rewrite of the radio interface
channel drivers to replace both usbradio and simpleusb well under way in
the hamvoip to do list so stay tuned.
