[arm-allstar] Full duplex modes

I like duplex 3, no incoming (through node) courtesy tone, and courtesy
tone on my local input. That way the other side's tone won't drive you
crazy. You can monitor your link without feedback. Your rf incoming roger
beep tells you if someone else has gained access to your node through
internet or rf. If you get ghost beeps, and you didn't key up, you know
someone is mucking around on your personal repeater node.
