How do I set up my node to be TRUE full duplex just like a real repeater
controller?

duplex = 2 repeats audio
duplex = 3 does not repeat audio but keys up the xmtr when the rcvr is
active (I don't want it to key up the xmtr)
duplex = 4 is basically the same as duplex = 2

I want duplex = 3 with no repeat audio nor ptt; I want independent +
simultaneous receive and transmit.
