[arm-allstar] External wifi adapter configuration

Nate,

 Since there are so many (hundreds) of better and worse wifi adapters we
don't support other than the internal wifi. So unfortunately you are on
your own on that. I might suggest an external antenna. Several have done
that when installing in shielded boxes. There is actually a labeled jack
for an exteernal antenna that requires a few modifications. Here is a
